When you register for the referral program, you will receive a unique referral code for the site that you enter in the registration form in the blank entitled "URL to your site". The referral code is related to your user profile, and is used whenever you create a referral link to Casino.Net from that site. It's very important that you use the correct referral code because that's how the referral program registers that a visitor to Casino.Net was referred by your site.
If you have multiple sites in your network, each site will have its own referral code that should be used only by that particular site.

Are you using the new Travis system from Boss?
Yes we are. Your link looks different from other casinos based on a Boss Media solution! We have chosen this for several reasons:
a) If we changed it to the travis server without some preprocessing, old partners would loose any customers that had visited the website, but not downloaded yet. This is not something we want to do.
b) Lowering the number of potential errors. On the travis server, you need more parameters than you do when linking directly.

My statistics don't seem to reflect the number of players I've referred?
1) Check that the referral link link and the referral code are correct.
2) Remember that you will be compensated for referring only new Casino.Net customers. If a referred player is already a Casino.Net customer or originally visited Casino.Net from another website, compensation will be omitted. Only the first referral will get compensated.
If you believe there is a technical problem at either our site, or perhaps in your link setup feel free to contact who can assist you in checking.

Why are there a lot of new accounts, but net gaming shows zero?
The number of new accounts is the number of people who has downloaded and registered an account. This does not mean that they have deposited money yet, or that they ever will. A number of people who register choose to only play for free.

How do you track if the visitor comes back after 2 weeks to your site?
When you refer a visitor to our website, we place a cookie in the visitors browser so that we can track if he returns at a later date.

I have checked the online statistics for a while, but they haven't changed?
The database serving the online statistics interface is updated every 6 hours, and during the day only when there has been a download. If there has been no downloads, the statistics will only be updated around midnight, London time (EST +5hours). If you believe there is a technical problem at either our site, or perhaps in your link setup feel free to contact who can assist you in checking.

Once you have become a referral partner (if you're not, then start by reading the Referral Agreement and submitting the registration form), you will need to set up a manner of linking your site to Casino.Net. When visitors to your site click on your referral link to Casino.Net, they will be tracked by our system. Hopefully, the visitors you refer to Casino.Net will open accounts and deposit money into those accounts to wager in the online games. You will receive between 30% and 40% of any resulting net gaming profits generated by the players you've referred.

Net Gaming per player is calculated as the player's casino account deposit minus the player's current account balance minus the player's casino account withdrawals (minus any chargebacks). In other words, you will be compensated with 30%-40% of the amount a player loses by wagering in the online games on a monthly basis.

What about credit card fees and other expenses?
Those will be paid by Casino.Net - in other words, you will receive the percentage of the amount the player looses, without any fees deducted. Other online casinos may have equal payouts as Casino.Net, but many deduct the credit card fees for the players deposit. We do NOT, so your percentage will actually be higher with Casino.Net.

What happens if there is a chargeback?
If there is a chargeback on a players account, the players account will be "frozen" pending an investigation of the case. Until the case is resolved, the players account will be removed from the referral account, together with any net gaming from the player.

I am a player myself - do I get compensated for my own play?
No, you do not. Attempts to sign up as a partner, and then claim back any losses this way will result in closure of your referral partner account, and possibly closure of your player account as well. You are allowed to play, but your account must not be created through the referral program. Send an email to if you are unsure about your player account, and we will check your player account and remove the account from your referral account if needed.

My net gaming compensation has decreased from the previous month. What happened?
This means that one or more of the players you've referred to the casino have won in the online games. This may seem negative for you in the short term, but that's the way a casino stays successful in the long term. Winning players are happy players that are likely to play at the casino for a long period of time.
